More than
just a roof
Since 1987
Community Campus 87 is a community based social enterprise formed in 1987 to address the emerging crisis of youth homelessness in Teesside.
We have offices in Stockton, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool and employ over 50 staff, apprentices and volunteers. We are a value driven organisation committed to meeting our social, economic and environmental objectives. We support and house many homeless and disadvantaged people across Teesside. We renovate and maintain properties in the community and rent them to our tenants at an affordable rent.
It’s not always as simple as resolving homelessness by giving a set of keys to someone. It’s about providing the accommodation and the support to enable the person to manage their accommodation so that they can build towards a better life and live independently. Our work and development has now taken us further, developing a range of holistic, person centred innovative projects and services for young homeless and other economically and/or socially disadvantaged people.
