mental health, hostels, domestic violence, drug and alcohol services, welfare rights) and are all passionate about empowering people to realise their potential.

- Fully furnished
- Central Middlesbrough
- 24 hour or call out service for Ofsted registered accommodation
- No personal items provided (e.g. bedding, towels)
The Support Service
- Allocated support worker
- Planned/structured support in own home
- Flexible hours
- Individual support plan
- Focus on managing a tenancy
- Regular reviews to reflect changes
- Support to move on to independent accommodation
- Resettlement support for up to six weeks
Referral Criteria
- Aged 16+/eligible to claim benefits
- Homeless or in housing need
- Motivated to engage with support
Referral Process
- Complete application form
- Attend interview/needs assessment
- Risk assessments required
- Decision within 7 days
