During 2023 we continued to engage with the CSJ ensuring the voice of our tenants and service users is used as an evidence base to develop policy reform that tackles the root causes of poverty and social breakdown.
We hosted a round table event around people’s experience of the private rented sector which contributed to the CSJ report, Raising the Roof – Building a Better Private Rented Sector published on October 2023 which was cited in a parliamentary debate about the Renters Reform Bill.
