Celebrating Success and Planning for the Future

We had an excellent full-staff away day at Whinstone View in December. We reflected on 2024 and made plans for 2025 and beyond. It was a great opportunity for all our Campus staff to plan, celebrate long service, recognise people who go above and beyond and enjoy a delicious meal together. There was also a presentation of long-service and recognition awards.

  • Ian from our Care & Repair Team received his 5-year Service Award.
  • Middlesbrough, Senior Support Worker Sam, received her 5-year Service Award.
  • Middlesbrough Housing Manager, Stacey received her 10-year Service Award.

As well as service awards, we were delighted to present 3 new recognition awards at our staff away day…

  • The Spotlight Award went to Middlesbrough Support Worker, Amy. This Award is for someone who consistently shines in their role, demonstrating exceptional performance, dedication and a positive attitude that inspires others.
  • The Unity Award went to our Stockton Support Manager, Jo. This award is for someone always willing to collaborate, support colleagues and foster a sense of unity.
  • The third new award, ‘Going Above and Beyond’ was presented to Middlesbrough Senior Support Worker, Sam. This award is for dedication and consistently high effort on every project.
