Kirstie joined us recently as a Support Worker in our Middlesbrough Team. She has settled in well, loves the team and enjoys working with the tenants we support. Her favourite part of the job is supporting the tenants and doing what she can to help them to better their lives. Kirstie finds assisting vulnerable people really rewarding and loves the variety of the job. She said she never knows what challenges each day is going to bring.
