Community Campus 87 are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Ian Muter on the 1st of August 2023. Ian has a 30 year connection with the organisation as a tenant, a trustee and managing the careers club project for over 5 years helping those young people at the margins of society access training and development opportunities in the Tees Valley. He went on to work in advice and guidance with a number of advice agencies across the Tees Valley and remained a staunch supporter of our work and what he had helped achieve. He remained a loyal and good friend to many of the staff here who had supported his battle against cancer over the last few years. We pay tribute to his role in helping develop the organisation on so many different levels over the last 3 decades.
