The Teesside Charity

Last year we were awarded £8,000 from The Teesside Charity to part-fund three construction apprentices and we are happy to say that they are settling in very well here at Community Campus ’87.

Simon Virth, Assistant CEO at Campus, said: “We have recruited Noah, Jordan and Nathan for the Construction Team. Nathan is one of our tenants in our Middlesbrough service and started with us the first week of January.”

The apprentices are working within the construction team, maintaining the housing stock, participating in refurbishing empty properties and providing homes for people who have experienced homelessness. They will undertake training throughout the apprenticeship both ‘on site’ and at Stockton Riverside College one day per week in their selected trade qualification.

Thank you to The Teesside Charity for their donation and welcome to the team Noah, Jordan and Nathan!
