We are pleased to be included in the latest Action on Empty Homes Toolkit. It is designed to encourage partnerships between the the housing sector and local communities to bring empty properties back into use, creating housing option for those in need of housing. The report highlights the creatives partnerships we have been involved with to creates homes in the Tees Valley, this includes our work with Cultures CIC and work on a larger scale with the North Ormesby Land Trust.
