Nik and Carl attended the North East Community Led Housing Conference 2019 “Making Community Led Homes Happen” on the 25 November 2019 in Gosforth. The meeting heard from local and national examples of projects developing innovative housing through a community led agenda. The North East is developing 3 hubs to provide the support and infrastructure to promote community led housing developmental activity, the hub development for the Tees Valley is being delivered by Community Campus with funding through Homes England and Power to Change.
