Community Campus were successful in applying to Durham University Business school for an MBA Charity Consultancy. In March six students from Durham University spent an afternoon with Carl and Simon developing ideas around creating a stronger marketing strategy for the organisation. The students (from all over the world, including China, Hong Kong, India, Spain and America) studying for their MBA in Business Studies, worked together for the next six weeks culminating in a presentation on their findings and recommendations at the Business School Lecture theatre. Carl and Simon attended the presentation along with other local charities who had also taken part in the charity consultancy. The students made some insightful recommendations which Campus will look to implement over the coming months.
