Rent

At the start of your tenancy, we will inform you of everything you need to know e.g. rent cost and further details.

We review your rent every year and if your rent changes, you will receive 28 days written notice of the new rent.

You can pay your rent in the following ways.

  • At our main offices – by cash or cheque.
  • Online  please contact your housing/support worker for account details.
  • Standing Order – please contact your housing/support worker for account details.

If you do not pay your rent, you are breaking your tenancy agreement. We will always take action if you miss rent payments and this could result in you losing your home.

We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to keep up with payments, which is why our team is always on hand to help. As our tenant, you are responsible for ensuring your rent is paid on time and regularly. If you miss payments we will take action to recover any outstanding rent. This could result in legal action being taken to evict you from your home. If you are struggling to pay your rent, please contact your housing/support worker as soon as possible.

You may lose your home if you do not make arrangements to pay your rent in full when it’s due.
