Moving forward independently
Once you have been assessed as being able to manage a tenancy independently and are considered self reliant, we will assist you to move on into your own tenancy.
We will help you to access social housing providers and the private rented sector and provide you with support during the transition to a new tenancy for a period of 6 months.
Community Campus operates an ‘open door policy’ so, if after your support has been withdrawn, you feel you need help with anything, you are welcome to pop into the office and speak with a support worker to get advice.
