The staff team took time out from our service delivery to meet on the 13 November 2019 to reflect on where the organisation is at after 32 years of delivering services to the homeless and reflect on the challenging environment we are working in. The meeting was also used to reward those long serving staff members – each staff member that has served over 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 years, received a small token of appreciation from the organisation. Sandra Topham has now worked for the organisation for over 30 years. The feedback from the day will inform the development agenda for 2020/2021 and set an action plan for the staff to progress as an overall team embracing the core values of Community Campus as we move forward.
