A big thank you to SITV and their NCS group!

Michael Low from Safe in Tees Valley contacted Community Campus in Middlesbrough recently asking how his team of young people could assist our Supported Housing project for young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Claire Fishburn (Tenant Support Worker) met with the NCS group on Friday 30th November to discuss how to support our organisation through fundraising and donations. Examples of things many young people need when they first move in to our accommodation are bedding, towels, and cutlery.

Due to the hard work and commitment of the NCS group Community Campus received 8 gift wrapped large boxes consisting of cutlery, saucepans, bowls, toilet rolls and bedding. All of these items are greatly appreciated and will all be used for young people who are in need when they move into to their first tenancy with us. We would like to say a great big thank you to all involved.
