Supported Housing Project

Our Stockton Supported Housing service provides a number of supported tenancies (single and shared) for single people and single parents.

Most of our properties are in central Stockton, with two in Thornaby and five in Portrack.

The majority of our properties are fully furnished. However, we do not provide bedding, towels, televisions, crockery, pans, cutlery etc.

Our tenancies last for a maximum of two years.

Stockton also offers a drop in service on Mondays and Thursdays 1.00pm – 3.00pm where you can pop in to the office without appointment to speak to a support worker, grab a cup of tea, use our facilities (washing machine, cooking and shower) or alternatively use our computer facilities to access career and education opportunities or to keep in touch with friends and family using emails/social networking.

Please note that the facilities above are only available to those accessing our services.
