Our fantastic Routeways into Construction and Routeways into Housing Support programmes have now launched.  These 10 week part time programmes will be running throughout the year and are aimed at you if you feel that you are ready to go into the workplace, but you need some practical work experience and training to enhance your job applications.  Get in touch for more information.

 

Routeways into Construction

We are currently recruiting for our next construction programme.  This flexible programme – 2 days a week over 10 weeks – incorporates work experience in practical construction skills with FREE training, including:

* CSCS Card
* Working at heights
* IOSH Health and Safety
* Risk Assessment
* COSHH
* Manual Handling

Further relevant training such as Asbestos Awareness can be looked at on an individual basis.  On completion you will receive a tool kit and PPE, and ongoing support to progress into work or training.

 

Routeways into Housing

We are currently recruiting for our next Housing Support programme.  This flexible programme – 2 days a week over 10 weeks – incorporates work experience with our Housing team, learning how to support clients with a tenancy, and FREE training, including:

* Safeguarding adults and children
* First Aid
* Health & Safety
* Intro to Support work
* Risk assessment
* Data protection and confidentiality

The Tees Valley Pathways Programme will support 6,040 young people aged 15 to 29 years old across the Tees Valley who are unemployed or inactive with the aim of progressing the individuals into education, employment, training or self-employment.  The programme is supported under the Youth Employment Initiative and delivered by a consortium of organisations from the Public, Private and Voluntary Sector.  The programme is part-funded by the European Social Fund and Youth Employment Initiative as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England.
