Complaints
We want to make sure that we are reaching the highest standards in the services we provide but recognise that there are times when things can go wrong. If this happens we will take complaints seriously and aim to respond as quickly as possible.
What happens when I make a complaint
You will be contacted by a member of Community Campus staff who will attempt to resolve your complaint informally. If you are not satisfied with this response you will be able to request a formal investigation.
How to make a complaint, compliment or make a comment
You can make a complaint, compliment or comment in the following ways:-
In person at one of the Community Campus offices where a staff member will be happy to assist you (please see contact details below).
In writing, either by email or letter, or in the case of a complaint you can request a Community Campus complaint form - this will be available at Community Campus offices along with an accompanying leaflet which explains the complaint procedure.
